At Colonna Coffee, we strive for perfection in every roast; however, due to the perishable nature of coffee, we can only offer returns on non-food items or in the event of a quality error. If you are unsatisfied with your equipment or find an issue with your beans, please follow our streamlined return process below.
Contact Support
Email our customer care team within 14 days of receipt with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.
Package Your Item
Ensure non-food items are in their original packaging and unused; for coffee quality issues, please ensure the bag is resealed securely.
Refund Processing
Once your return is inspected at our roastery, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or dispatch a replacement within 5-7 business days.
